Social Invoice D.E.Y.A.X

The invoice supply is single for all the districts of the Municipality of Hersonissos, and can be differentiated according to the household consumption with social criteria. Specifically reduced by 40% compared with the current scale of charging, the end use of the water supply and sanitation the categories of consumers as set out in Decision 148/2017 (ΑΔΑ: Ω2ΓΟΟΛΝΞ-COME)  the Board of directors with the subject: "Adopt a pricing policy of the D.E.Y.A. Peninsula».

Discount applies only to domestic consumptions and for the end use a supply of water only, serving the beneficiary, for as long as he has  really the property of, or provided by the supporting of, with a maximum subsidy limit of 120 cubic meters of water per quarter

At the end of each year, the consumer that is part of the social invoice you will need to provide the Service each time documents for the review of conditions of membership in the social invoice in order that the consumer can be picked up, and the next year in a special category of consumption.

 

Documents

The documents that must be submitted by interested consumers for their inclusion in the list of the social tariff is per the category of the following:

A. Families Of Children: 

as the capacity is defined by the legislationwith children aged up to 18 years or 23 years, provided they are studying.

  • Application (administered by the secretariat of the D.E.Y.A.X. or download it in word &  pdf)

  • Official documentary evidence of large families

  • Certificate Of Marital Status

  • A certificate of attendance for children who are studying.

 

B. Families Τριτέκνων:

as the capacity is defined by the legislation, with children aged up to 18 years of age or 23 years in the study and annual family income of up to 25,000 €

  • Application (administered by the secretariat of the D.E.Y.A.X. or download it in word & pdf)

  • Certificate Of Marital Status

  • A copy of the last statement note income tax or a statutory Declaration N.1599/86 that is not submitted tax declaration, certified by the irs.

  • A certificate of attendance for children who are studying.

 

C. Single-Parent Families:

as the capacity is defined by the legislation and annual family income of up to 12,000 euros.

  • Application (administered by the secretariat of the D.E.Y.A.X. or download it in word & pdf)
  • Certificate Of Marital Status
  • A copy of the last statement note income tax or Declaration N.1599/86 that is not submitted tax declaration, certified by the irs.
  • Judicial decision, or other official document that proves the Μονογονεϊκότητα.

 

D. Families With Disabilities:

where the person or/and their children suffering from disabilities in 67% and over and they annual family income of up to € 20,000.

Β. Ειδικό Τιμολόγιο για άπορους

 

Με βάση την Απόφαση 178/2019 (ΑΔΑ: ΩΜΜΚΟΛΝΞ-3ΑΠ) του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου με θέμα «Τροποποίηση της Τιμολογιακής Πολιτικής της ΔΕΥΑΧ με την εισαγωγή ειδικού τιμολογίου για Απόρους» η Υπηρεσία τροποποίησε την Τιμολογιακή Πολιτική της ώστε και από την πλευρά της, που διαχειρίζεται ένα τόσο ζωτικό αγαθό, να παρέχει στους συνδημότες που πραγματικά το έχουν ανάγκη.

 

Ειδικά για την κατηγορία των απόρων, η πρώτη κλίμακα χρέωσης (0-25 κυβικά ανά τετράμηνο), η οποία αντιστοιχεί στις βασικές ανάγκες διαβίωσης, παραχωρείται χωρίς χρέωση και χωρίς πάγιο για κάθε εκδιδόμενο τετραμηνιαίο λογαριασμό, τόσο για τα τέλη ύδρευσης όσο κα για τα τέλη χρήσης αποχέτευσης. Οι υπόλοιπες κλίμακες εφαρμόζονται κανονικά, με την προβλεπόμενη κάθε φορά τιμή, μειωμένες κατά την προβλεπόμενη έκπτωση για το κοινωνικό τιμολόγιο. Ο έλεγχος της πληρότητας των στοιχείων για την ένταξη γίνεται σε ετήσια βάση.

Τα έγγραφα που υποχρεωτικά πρέπει να προσκομίζονται από τους ενδιαφερόμενους καταναλωτές για την ένταξή τους στη λίστα του τιμολογίου απόρων είναι τα εξής:

 Άποροι (consumers without any annuity living)

  • A copy of the last statement taxation or a Solemn Declaration To.1599/86 that is not submitted tax declaration, certified by the irs.
  • Official certificate of economic weakness from the Directorate of Welfare of the Region or from the Department of Social Protection, Education and Culture of the Municipality of Hersonissos.
