Board of Directors of DEYAH

The enterprise is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of eleven members. The members of the Board of Directors of DEYAH are appointed along with their alternates, by decision of the Municipal Council. Of the members of the B.o.D. a) six (6) are elected representatives of the Municipality, of whom four come from the winning faction, b) one (1) is a representative of the employees in the enterprise, c) one (1) is a representative of a social entity and d) two (2) are citizens, who have experience and knowledge related to the object of the enterprise. The vice-president is appointed at the first Board of Directors by vote.

Based on the regulations:

1. Law 4483 (Gov. Gazette 107/Issue A/31-7-2017, art. 2) regarding the Regulations for the modernization of the institutional framework of organization and operation of DEYA.
2. Law 4623 (Gov. Gazette 134/Issue A/9-8-2019, art. 6), regarding the Regulations for the formation of the boards of directors of the legal entities of L.G.O. (Local Government Organizations) and their associations.
3. Law 839 Gov. Gazette 196/Issue A/12-9-2020, art. 6) regarding the Regulations of matters of the General Secretariat for Equality.
4. Circular 43/2024, αρ. πρωτ. 4835/16.01.2024 (ΑΔΑ ΨΙΦ646ΜΤΛ6-15Κ), του ΥΠΕΣ με θέμα: «Prot.
