The enterprise is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of eleven members. The members of the Board of Directors of DEYAH are appointed along with their alternates, by decision of the Municipal Council. Of the members of the B.o.D. a) six (6) are elected representatives of the Municipality, of whom four come from the winning faction, b) one (1) is a representative of the employees in the enterprise, c) one (1) is a representative of a social entity and d) two (2) are citizens, who have experience and knowledge related to the object of the enterprise. The vice-president is appointed at the first Board of Directors by vote.<\/p>

  3. Law 839<\/strong> Gov. Gazette 196\/Issue A\/12-9-2020, art. 6) regarding the Regulations of matters of the General Secretariat for Equality.<\/li>
